Why such a gap in thc % content ? 12-23%. How are we going to produce plants more towards the 23 %, outdoors?

Hey golden goat has been around Colorado since 2009. Herbal Remidies was the first to offer it in Colorado. ( not sure they still carry it.) I still have a original mother of it. Clone only phenotype takes 8 to ten weeks max. It is resistant to molds and mildews but is the first strain to catch spider mites in a garden. Dabbing the extract is the closest I've ever came to an actual hallucination state with a form of marijuana. By far my favorite strain for the past 9 years.
