I’m looking to grow small but with high yields indoors also strong well high as possible THC my first ever indoor grow using 4 bulb 2ft T5HO bulbs or tubes in it are 6500K going with soil using Auto flowering 3 seeds strain White Widow my grow area is a small cleared out all but the sink in a small bathroom 3ft wide 3ft deep by 8ft tall I also plan on doing clones after these fresh new autos from Dutch Passion will this be enough to grow it out an if so about how much should the 3 auto White Widow might be able to harvest till I get 1grow complete an then upgrade to a bigger better options on seeds clones an so on thanks Kenneth

This is a good guide, but one thing I don’t see covered is blossoming enhancers for increasing plant yield. The guide drugs and bad ideas just posted has a whole section about it. I’m wondering why it’s left out here.

The reason behind HID lamps being referred to as HPS is because that us what Robert uses and refers to as HID. Not very many growers use MH much anymore, despite the digital ballasts being switchable.

Of course Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium, Mercury vapor, etc are all HID lamps, but, HPS are more widely used, and therefore the issue you bring up comes to mind.

We use 1000 watt HId lamps with 147,000 lumens. You are nowhere near having too much light. Your lamps would actually qualify as no more than minimal lighting. Go forward with confidence.

Love the information, always useful. Just curious as to why you refer to HID lights simply as HPS, to some this may be misleading, as there are MH lights as well.
