This recipe will take you back to your childhood, but with none of the added sugars and that weird marshmallow goo that is so good, yet so bad for you. Instead, that marshmallow goo is replaced with a delicious infusion of cannabis and coconut oil. That’s enough for me to enjoy my Saturday morning cartoons.
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Every recipe for chocolate chip cookies is good and the same goes for this recipe for vegan weed recipes for chocolate chip cookies. Eat your cannabis in the healthiest way possible, while still indulging in this classic dessert with a twist. I’ve seen a lot of recipes for weed chocolate chip cookies, but there’s none as dank as this recipe posted on Mic.com courtesy of EatYourCannabis.com. This recipe works well with or without weed, but I would highly recommend trying it with weed first. This recipe is one of the more simple of the vegan weed recipes you’re likely to find online. It calls for weed infused coconut oil, cannaflour, and cannabis infused almond milk, so as you can see you have a lot of options at your disposal.
Special Vegan Stir Fry
Now that we’ve covered vegan weed recipes for dessert, it’s time to move on to the main dishes. Here we have a Special Vegan Stir Fry, courtesy of HERB.co, aka the Stoner’s Cookbook. In this incredibly simple, yet absolutely delicious recipe, you can substitute most of the vegetables for whatever happens to be in season at the time. This particular recipe calls for pumpkin, japanese eggplant, and tofu, but again, you can substitute in anything you desire. This recipe also calls for cannabis infused coconut oil, which by now you should already have on hand.
Quinoa Stuffed Tahini Eggplant
This is one of the best vegan weed recipes out there, but it’s definitely not for the faint of heart. Yes, this recipe contains weed, but there are a lot of vegetables that many people would shy away from, such as eggplant. Not me though; I happen to love eggplant. There’s also a ton of quinoa in here, which has been consistently popular for years, but still weirds people out for some reason.
Why Go Vegan?
There are a multitude of reasons to go vegan. For one, it’s much healthier for you. Vegan food is the cleanest and most responsible food that you will ever eat. Contrary to popular belief, vegan food is anything but boring; the same goes with vegan weed recipes. They call for a colorful cornucopia of ingredients that you don’t typically find in the usual weed edible. Even if you are not a practicing vegan, you should still try every one of these recipes. Who knows, perhaps we might even be able to change your mind?
