Bloody Marijuana Recipe

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 1 cup tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup finely chopped, medium green bell pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup medium, chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons marijuana oil
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 drops Worcestershire sauce

Most people are familiar in one way or another with Bloody Marys. They are a complex cocktail full of all kinds of seemingly inappropriate ingredients for an alcoholic drink. It is composed largely of tomato juice and might seem like more of a V8 than anything else. Of course, there are other alcoholic beverages that make their way in their as well. If you want to increase the effectiveness of the cocktail to some degree, you could turn it into a “Bloody Marijuana.” Seeing as how a Bloody Mary is already filled with vegetables and herbs, adding marijuana to the mix seems like the natural next step.

In fact, Bloody Marijuanas are billed as perfect cures for weed hangovers. Many people believe that Bloody Marys in and of themselves are cures, but there really is no evidence to prove that. There’s also not a lot of evidence to suggest that Bloody Marijuanas will do anything for your hangover, but it’s certainly worth a try. For the most part, marijuana by itself is considered to alleviate the effects of a hangover because of its unique anti-nauseant properties. Of course, adding alcohol to marijuana might not be the best idea, but some drinkers attest to its unique hangover-curing characteristics. Please download my free marijuana guide for more recipes.

Here’s how to make it in order to test that theory out for yourself. Basically, you just take all of these ingredients, put them in a covered blender or food processor, and then let it blend at medium speed. Once the mixture is smooth, place it into a pot, cover it, and then put it in the fridge. You can also just add ice right away and start drinking as soon as it’s blended. If you’re looking for a stronger buzz from the marijuana, you could certainly just add a little more marijuana oil. Indeed, the only real difference between a normal Bloody Mary and a Bloody Marijuana is the marijuana oil. Thus, increasing or decreasing the amount of marijuana oil will increase or decrease the effects felt.

If you don’t have any marijuana oil, it’s not that difficult to make and there are recipes elsewhere on this website. In any event, you could have your own marijuana-infused Bloody Mary in a matter of minutes. Maybe it will work as a hangover cure for you and maybe it will just make you feel funny. Either way, it’s worth testing out.
