For botanists, Morning Glory is a climbing plant. But men being men also knows it is waking up with a boner. As such, a cannabis strained named as such may suggest one or both traits. Far from it, though, this hybrid does not resemble the plant mentioned above or has proof it causes an erection. What it can do is to deliver gratifying and electric cerebral effects.
Information about Morning Glory:
Morning Glory is a cross between two landrace strains and a timeless hybrid. Each of its three parents comes with pedigree hence we expect this one to be excellent as well. From each of the three parent strains, notable traits were passed on.
Afghani is a pure Indica strain that is known for its sedating effects that put users at ease. Meanwhile, the Hawaiian Sativa is one of the best in uplifting the mood. Finally, both were crossed with Skunk No. 1, a strain known for delivering an energetic buzz.
Interestingly, Morning Glory also inherited much of its flavors and aroma from the three.

A spark of creativity combined with the energy boost turns lethargic into active and highly sociable individuals.
Such strains can cause narcotic like effects or leave one spacey with a buzzing high. Morning Glory does not seem to have that effect. Of course, using too much can lead to it becoming overbearing.
Because of the jolly mood, this strain is an excellent choice for use in parties or any social gatherings. It does have a smaller Indica side that also yields considerable influence to the body. In a way, the physical effects help keep the mental high in check.
Smelling Morning Glory, one is reminded of its lineage. It comes with a spicy and pungent odor that has a floral note mixed into the earthy and skunky smell. This unique combination of scents makes up for a delightful aroma.

Morning Glory is an intense strain. On its onset, the sudden rush of cerebral high may cause some people to feel disoriented and dizzy. Other than that, about the only other effects that can be expected are dry mouth and eyes. Both are typical with the use of any marijuana strains.
People drink a cup of double espresso for a reason, and that is to gain a temporary boost in energy. And that is what Morning Glory can do, too. Most medical cannabis users are likely to choose this strain for its energy boosting effects. One can say the hybrid is useful in combating the symptoms of fatigue.
Another widespread use that more people are discovering is that it can also be excellent for stress relief. It is mostly due to the uplifting cerebral high that it can take the worries out of mind.

Morning Glory is not a tall plant. As such, some growers may have thoughts of planting it in the garden thinking no one can see. But it does come with a pungent scent that can carry over a certain distance. If privacy is a concern, then planting it indoor is a better option. The good thing is that it thrives well in both environments.
Because the plant is short, it will have more lateral branching. Such is what growers should aim for especially when growing inside a tent. It is in this way that light can reach as many parts of the plant as possible.
It will take up to ten weeks before Morning Glory is ready to flower. Although some growers can cut it short by one week. At any rate, once the plant is ready for picking, each square meter will have a yield between 10 to 14 ounces.
For growers living in areas where it is legal to plant marijuana outdoor, they are the fortunate ones. And why not as there is no need to spend much more money for expensive equipment and electricity. Each plant can produce up to 18 ounces of dense, long buds covered with frosty crystals.
