Information about Motavation:
Motivation? More like ‘Mo-ta-va-tion.’ Yes, that’s how the name of this strain is spelled. Done deliberately, its creators wanted to convey that ‘Motavation’ is nothing like the impulsive zing of motivation. Instead, it is the exact opposite – it sedates users and leaves them lethargic.
In creating this cannabis, Magus Seeds took its very own Warlock then paired it with the famous Sensi Star. The former, an Indica wizard that sends users to the deepest realm of relaxation while the latter, an acclaimed creeper that delivers amazing full-body effects.
The long-awaited successor to Magus Seeds’ ‘Starwarz’ and ‘Medizin Power,’ Motavation has potent Indica effects that make it extremely desirable. It even took home the 1st place award for Indicas at the 2005 International Cannagraphic Cup.

Motavation’s effects start off with a mild euphoric cerebral high. It usually leaves users in an uplifting bliss. The high also promotes mental clarity and a sharpened sense of focus. With enhanced moods, users feel motivated to finish tasks and get their creative juices going.
Soon the strong body high of the strain takes effect. True to its Indica lineage, a tingling sensation ebbs down to the body that soothes the muscles beginning from the temples. Unbeknownst to users, they become hopelessly glued to their couches.
Completely lethargic, it becomes almost impossible to say no to sleep. Because of this, Motavation is best consumed at night right before going to bed.
Overall, such effects are only expected of Motavation. An admirable strain, it boasts of THC values averaging between 16% and 18%. The only thing keeping the high from turning into devastating levels is moderation.
Motavation has an extremely sweet chemical smell, that is much like an air freshener. Just like aerosol, it has floral notes of lavender with the sour undertone of citric fruits. When combusted, it releases a strong pungent scent.
It should be noted that this myriad of fragrances is not for everybody.
Motavation’s tastes almost exactly like how it smells. It has a strong chemical flavor that is balanced out by the sweet citric taste of sour fruit. While its taste may not sound pleasing to some, there are those who truly enjoy strains with strong chemical flavors, like Gg4 and Sour Diesel. Thus, is certain to please any chem lover.
Like all strains, Motavation comes with its share of side effects. The most common of which are a cottonmouth and dry eyes. Majority of the time, users are too indulged in the high to even notice such mild dehydration. Users may also feel dizzy. Thankfully, it is nothing too alarming.
Though an Indica leaning hybrid, toking Motavation can sometimes make people anxious. There are even those who may feel slightly paranoid because of it. But, there is a two step solution to these issues – pacing and moderation.
Though higher than other recreational strains, Motavation’s CBD value is too low to be of any medical value. However, with the added effects of its psychoactive compounds, it can appease a variety of health conditions.
Users who are the lowest points of their life may benefit from the strain’s anti-depressant qualities. Inducing a happy high, it can enhance the mood of those with depression or PTSD. Moreover, it melts away the stress with its uplifting effects.
A heavy hitting Indica, Motavation’s best use is taking away bodily aches and pains. Even better as an analgesic, it soothes the muscles and effectively gets rid of fatigue, headaches, and muscle spasms.
Motavation also exhibits sedative properties. Already in complete relaxation, most users tend to fall into a deep slumber. For this reason, it can be of great help to insomniacs. It may even be better than sedatives as a sleep aid.

Motavation is a good strain for inexperienced growers who wish to hone their green thumbs. An Indica dominant herb, it is a plant that remains sturdy regardless of the growing methods applied to it. Moreover, its genes have made its stems and roots impenetrable to mold, mildew, and the problems caused by the two.
This firm plant can also withstand sporadic changes in temperature. As long as the fluctuations are not extreme, Motavation will grow well indoors and out.
Generally speaking, Motavation requires little upkeep. But, home growers may apply the Sea of Green (SOG) or Screen of Green (SCROG) methods to further develop its buds. Meanwhile, if cultivated outdoors, breeders should make sure that the growing area is rid of pests.
Before the strain begins to emit its strong chemical scent, odor control measures like filters should be set up in place.
During the first two weeks of the flowering phase, growers should bend their plants using CFL lights. This will ensure an even canopy among the batch. At best, Motavation flowers in 8 to 9 weeks and is likely to yield an average of 8 to 12 ounces per square meter.
Though it can resist climatic conditions, Motavation performs best in warm and dry climates. When grown outdoors, the herb yields at least 12 ounces per plant after it blooms between late September and early October.
