- 1 large egg
- 1-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1¼ cup canna-oil
Everybody should have a cup of marijuana mayonnaise in their fridge. You can use it on burgers, French fries, salad dressings or make a great egg salad. This recipe will yield one cup of mayonnaise and it will only take you 5 minutes to make.
If you learn how to make marijuana butter, marijuana cooking oil and marijuana milk or cream, you can turn your favorite recipe into a marijuana variant. Simply replace the butter for a cake with marijuana butter or replace the olive oil for this mayonnaise with marijuana oil. Be creative and spice up every dish with a little weed.
Combine the egg, lemon juice, garlic, and mustard in the container of a blender or food processor. Blend until its smooth, then blend on low speed while pouring the marijuana oil into the blender in a fine stream as the mixture emulsifies and thickens. Store in the refrigerator. Also great on chicken sandwiches.
