Adverse reactions

This sativa can be quite strong, so it isn’t recommended for first time smokers. Chocolope, when smoked by amateurs, can create some unpleasant mild anxieties.

Very rarely, it may also create a feeling of being mildly paranoid, which is due to the fact that it is almost 100% sativa.

For some, this strain may leave them feeling momentarily dizzy, although this feeling doesn’t usually last very long.

Most commonly, Chocolope can make you have a bit of a dry mouth situation, often with a feeling of having dry eyes too, so hydration is key in avoiding this.

Chocolope has been widely recommended and prescribed by doctors for ailments that are related to feelings of stress – most commonly from living a fast paced, and toxic lifestyle.

Depression has been successfully treated with this strain due to its uplifting properties, and anxiety can also be mended by occasionally smoking this variety.

Because Chocolope is so energizing, it is an ideal strain for those who suffer from cases of lethargy and fatigue, and have difficulties in maintaining enough focus to get tasks done.

This strain can help encourage you to get up and get things done, and will add focus to your daily habits.

Chocolope is considerably easy to grow, yet it can be prone to molds and mildew, and should therefore be kept in a well-ventilated space.

  1. Big beautiful tall plants, but mold made me dump half the yield on the ground – bummer, they would have been epic. What I did harvest is as advertised

  2. Currently have a single Chocolope plant in a greenhouse outdoors, but lower 25% is rolled up for ventilation. I have other strains as well, but this one is a monster! I’ve had to super crop her a couple times to keep the big colas from hitting the ceiling. And that’s all she is, are big colas… 6 to be exact! No joke, if you like sativa, THIS is the strain to grow, especially if you can only grow 1. She produces yield, That’s a fact. I estimate around 1.5# at harvest, dry weight. MINIMUM at least a lb! The description of her smells couldnt be more on point too. Coffee, chocolate, sweet dessert, with earthy vanilla tones. I just need to figure out how to dry all of it! Happy growing!

  3. I am on my second turn with this one. And only my second grow. First go got just about 14 is not the best quality Wich was my fault. This time much better pretty buds. Prob just und r the last one kept her a little smaller. I only buy my seeds from ilgm. Next up a.o. and amnesia haze can’t wait.

  4. Just completed an indoor Chocolope grow. 6′-6″ and 25 oz. Can’t wait for this to cure…..the White Widow turned out really good.

  5. i would say pick another strain. this strain is easy to grow but molds easy.(outdoors in high humidity)
as for the mold, cut out any rot/mold and look into bud washing to prevent more while it drys. commercial growers would get rid of the whole plant/ branch. but you only have so much so…

  6. If ya growing in Hamilton Canada take the right steps to stop white mold very acceptable to it i grew 5 in my back yard two grew about 12.5 feet with big yields. They all started to get white mold at end sept. .had to cut 5 out 4 first week in to oct due to white mold still got one going trying to push her to late oct. We will see got ont question what do you use for white mold

  7. A medium height plant with large solid buds. Numerous opinions, it cleans my sox. Very strong up sativa.i average upwards of 8 oz per 30” lolipopped plant indoors.

  8. Hey there , I’am running a couple Chocolopes , flipped them at 12 inches and the tallest gal is about 6’6-8″” while the other is just over 6′ and have phat buds all the way down 4′ from top ,,
    2 distinct phenos,
one smells like chocolate cotton candy, the other like chocolate melon candy cane at day 56 from flip ,
I’m letting them go 77-80 days for full flavor and I just started flushing , prolly going to get 8-10 zips apiece using Canna nutes in 5 gallon Smart pots in pure Coco, 1000 watt HPS
