Green Crack Cannabis Strain

It is easy to be misled by its name – but Green Crack is actually all cannabis. It got its name from its strong sativa presence, and its ability to offer up an energetic high. This is also why Green Crack is popular among those who want to steer clear of a couch-lock high. It is flavorful in its own right, and creates a generous mental buzz, which is both invigorating and stress-busting.

With its parentage stemming from the legendary Skunk #1, you are guaranteed a top-grade strain. Green Crack was created by crossing Skunk #1 with a mellow Sweet Leaf Indica, yet much of its actual history has been debated.

It is said that it was originally called Green Kush, but was consequently renamed by rapper Snoop Dogg to represent the uplifting, light-bodied high it produces.

Green Crack is fairly easy to grow, with it being flexible enough to grow indoors and outdoors. When grown outdoors, however, it has the ability to stretch a bit more. Because it can be sensitive to powdery mildew, it is recommended to keep the humidity low when growing Green Crack. Ideally, when grown outdoors, it should be grown in a balmy, Mediterranean climate.

No spider mites, a little (thripe?) damage but I put diatomaceous earth in the pots-they went away. So far no mold….but the rains have not yet begun…Keeping an eye on that.
