Named after the universal nickname for The Grateful Dead’s loyal fans, Deadhead OG is the perfect strain for a day on the fields enjoying a music festival and its vibes. This hybrid first came onto the scene in 2011, when it was created by breeder Skunk Va from the Cali Connection.

This hybrid is a mix of two fan favorites, namely Chemdawg 91 and San Fernando Valley OG Kush (SFV OG Kush), creating a solid and pungent flower that contains THC levels that can reach 25%. Deadhead OG is easily distinguished by its scent alone, as this variant can get very skunky and smell like diesel, too.
