Blueberry Haze shares the same parent, Blueberry, with another strain. But where one differs to the other is with the other parent. Use this strain in moderation as a little too much might bring you to dreamland. It is a great strain for use in the evening, though, as during or when its effects have subsided, you are bound to feel sleepy. Used properly, consumers are more likely to get a better quality of sleep.

Who does not like the smell of berries? In fact, this is one strain that really smells well, one that you start sniffing before even lighting one. It has a spicy and dominant blueberry smell with a pungent and skunky undertone. Almost anyone who smells this fragrance finds it pleasant.

One of those strains that already smells great and tastes even better is the Blueberry Haze. It has the flavor of sweet blueberry with a slight aftertaste of wood. Nothing much to say about the flavor except that it is one of the best-tasting strains.

    Adverse Reaction

Blueberry Haze, like any cannabis, makes one experience dry mouth and eyes. This is pretty much a common knowledge among seasoned users, and what novice or beginners will find out.

Aside from that, there is the rare occurrence of feeling paranoid, and this is mostly due to the sudden head rush that beginners feel. For that reason, this is not the best strain for novice users. Even so, smoking too much may also lead to that experience.

On some occasions, one might feel a mild headache. This happens more if the consumer is not well hydrated. To avoid this, drink lots of water, which also lessens the effects of dry mouth and dry eyes.

One of the benefits of Sativa-dominant strains is in how it brings consumers to a cerebral high. It is precisely because of that quality that those suffering from chronic stress and other anxiety disorders benefits. So, those with mental health issues such as depression, PTSD, and others, are able to reduce the negative thoughts and feelings once the effects of Blueberry Haze start creeping into the head. Not only do they feel uplifted, but they also feel happy, which then leads to relaxation.

Blueberry Haze is also often used to alleviate the symptoms of chronic pains and aches. No doubt, even with the slightest of relief already boosts one’s mood and body relaxation.

As is the case with potent strains, the high it gives also comes along with another benefit, especially for those who have eating disorders such as bulimia or simply lacking in appetite. Blueberry Haze improves the appetite by inducing hunger.

As the effects of Blueberry Haze begin to clear up, consumers are likely to feel tired. It is not the same as some other strains that makes one lethargic or lazy, but more like too relaxed and having relieved the body of its tensions, makes one want to have a good night’s sleep. This makes this strain one that is useful at the end of the day for those who have trouble getting quality sleep.

Blueberry Haze can be grown outdoor and indoor, including a greenhouse. When grown outdoor, it thrives well in a Mediterranean climate. But indoor, it is another matter. Although most cannabis grows well indoor, this is not one of them. Being photosensitive, growers need to make sure that they are using the proper grow lights. At the same time, when grown using hydroponics, there is a higher need to make sure that proper amounts of nutrients are maintained.
